Brite Orthodontics is looking for a motivated dentist or dental professional who wants to transition into a Virtual Assistant role and bring their dental knowledge into a remote work environment.
Your understanding of dentistry and orthodontics will be valuable in supporting our team with administrative, patient-related, and dental office tasks.
This is a great opportunity for a dental professional who wants to explore a remote career while continuing to use their clinical knowledge and experience.

What You'll Do
Manage and coordinates calendar, appointments, meetings, and commitments
Help organize daily priorities, tasks, and deadlines
Manage and organize emails, correspondence, and communications
Assist with dental and orthodontic-related research and projects
Review and organize dental information and documents
Prepare reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and other materials
Conduct research
Coordinate with team members and follow up on assigned tasks
Help prepare for meetings, presentations, and professional engagements
Keep track of important follow-ups, deadlines, and action items
Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism
Assist the team with other operational tasks when needed

What We're Looking For
Dentist, dental graduate, or dental professional
Strong knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
Familiarity with orthodontic terminology is a strong advantage
Excellent written and spoken English
Strong attention to detail
Organized and able to manage multiple tasks
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Computer literate and willing to learn new software and systems
Professional, dependable, and responsive
Previous Virtual Assistant experience is a plus, but not required
