JOB OVERVIEW

ABOUT THE ROLE

I am looking for an experienced Facebook Organic Growth Specialist to help grow my personal brand and Facebook page organically.

This is NOT simply a posting or scheduling position.

I already have a large library of fashion, lifestyle, Amazon, and fitness content. Your job will be to turn that content into Facebook growth by understanding what performs on Facebook, identifying opportunities, testing strategies, and continuously improving based on the data.

The goal is to increase:

? Followers
? Reach & views
? Engagement
? Shares
❤️ Reactions
? Reel performance
? Traffic/clicks
? Ultimately, monetization and revenue

You should be someone who loves Facebook, understands how the platform works, and is constantly looking for ways to make a page grow.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

? Facebook Content & Reels
Upload and publish Facebook Reels
Repurpose existing Instagram/YouTube content for Facebook
Select strong hooks, captions and titles
Optimize content specifically for Facebook
Select/edit Reel thumbnails and covers
Test different captions and hooks
Identify which videos have the greatest growth potential
Maintain a consistent posting schedule
Help determine what content should be posted and when

? Organic Growth Strategy
Develop and execute strategies to grow the Facebook page organically
Research Facebook trends and viral content
Study successful fashion/lifestyle creators
Analyze competitors and pages in our niche
Identify content formats that are currently performing
Look at why certain posts/Reels perform better than others
Recommend new content ideas based on data
Continuously test and improve the strategy

Respond to comments
Encourage genuine conversations
Engage with relevant audiences
Identify opportunities to get the content in front of new audiences
Monitor notifications and engagement
Help build an active Facebook community

? Analytics
You will monitor Facebook Insights and track:

Follower growth
Reach
Reel views
Watch ----------
Shares
Comments
Reactions
Profile/page visits
Link clicks
Top-performing content

You will provide a weekly report showing:

What worked → What didn't → Why → What we're going to test next

This data-driven approach is a common component of current organic social growth roles.
