JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a detail-oriented finance person to help track, organize, and manage our company’s finances.**

You’ll be responsible for keeping our financial information accurate and up to date, tracking revenue and expenses, and helping us understand where the company’s money is going.

What You’ll Do:

* Track daily/weekly/monthly **revenue and expenses**
* Maintain accurate financial records and spreadsheets
* Monitor **subscriptions, software costs, payroll, and other expenses**
* Track incoming payments and outstanding payments
* Calculate **profit, margins, cash flow, and other key financial metrics**
* Reconcile transactions and identify discrepancies
* Prepare simple weekly and monthly financial reports
* Organize receipts, invoices, and financial documentation
* Help manage and categorize business expenses
* Identify unnecessary expenses and opportunities to improve financial efficiency
* Work closely with the owner to provide clear financial updates
* Help maintain financial dashboards and reporting systems

### What We’re Looking For

* Previous experience in **bookkeeping, finance, accounting, or financial operations**
* Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
* Extremely organized and detail-oriented
* Comfortable working with numbers and financial data
* Able to spot errors and inconsistencies
* Good communication and reliability
* Experience working with online businesses/SaaS is a plus
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Ideal Candidate

You don’t need to be a CPA. We’re looking for someone who is **organized, trustworthy, analytical, and proactive.

Compensation:

$400 / month**

Hours and schedule: 4 hours a day, every day including weekends.
