About the Role
Stable Wealth Strategies Corp., an Allstate agency serving clients in Ohio, is hiring an outbound telemarketer to call warm/cold leads, qualify their interest in home and auto insurance, and live-transfer qualified prospects to a licensed agent for quoting. This is a high-volume, phone-first role — you won't be quoting or binding policies yourself, but you'll be the first voice prospects hear and the gatekeeper for lead quality.

Key Responsibilities

Place outbound calls to a provided lead list (200+ dials/day expected)
Follow a structured script to introduce Stable Wealth Strategies and Allstate home/auto products
Qualify leads by confirming: property ownership/vehicle ownership, current insurance status, renewal date, coverage interest, and contact eligibility
Handle basic objections and re-engage lukewarm leads
Live-transfer qualified, interested leads directly to a licensed agent for quoting
Log every call outcome, disposition, and note in the CRM/dialer
Meet daily/weekly KPIs for dials, talk time, qualified transfers, and connect rate
Maintain compliance with call scripts, do-not-call lists, and TCPA-adjacent calling practices

Qualifications

1+ years of outbound telemarketing, appointment-setting, or insurance/financial services cold-calling experience (U.S. market experience strongly preferred)
Excellent spoken English — clear, neutral-to-American accent, confident phone presence
Comfortable with rejection and high call volume; resilient, coachable, competitive
Experience with a dialer/CRM (e.g., HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Five9, RingCentral) a plus
Insurance industry familiarity (auto/home/P&C) a plus but not required — training provided
Reliable high-speed internet, backup power, quiet home office or access to a BPO seat
Own headset/computer meeting minimum specs (if remote/home-based)

Compensation Structure (suggested)

Base hourly rate + per-qualified-transfer bonus + optional bonus for transfers that convert to a bound policy
This blended structure is standard in Philippines outbound sales and keeps agents motivated to send quality transfers, not just volume
