? Webinar Host & Moderator – Remote

We are looking for a professional and confident Webinar Host/Moderator to host and manage online webinars for a US-based company.

About the Role

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience hosting webinars for US companies and is comfortable engaging with an online audience, introducing speakers, managing Q&A sessions, and keeping the webinar running smoothly from start to finish.

Responsibilities
Host and moderate live online webinars
Welcome attendees and introduce speakers/presenters
Follow a prepared webinar script or agenda
Keep the webinar organized and on schedule
Monitor and manage the chat and Q&A
Engage with attendees professionally and confidently
Coordinate with speakers before and during the webinar
Handle basic webinar platform functions such as muting/unmuting, screen sharing, polls, and participant management
Troubleshoot or coordinate solutions for basic technical issues
Maintain a professional and engaging presence throughout the event
Conduct rehearsals or technical checks before live webinars when needed
Requirements
Previous experience hosting or moderating webinars for US companies is required
Excellent spoken English and clear pronunciation
Confident, engaging, and professional on camera
Strong communication and audience-management skills
Comfortable speaking to groups of people online
Experience with webinar platforms such as Zoom, GoToWebinar, WebinarJam, Demio, or similar
Reliable internet connection and professional audio/video setup
Able to work with US business hours when webinars are scheduled
Highly organized and dependable
Preferred
Experience hosting business, real estate, education, sales, marketing, or professional webinars
Experience working with US-based clients or companies
Ability to confidently handle unexpected situations during a live webinar
