JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for someone with experience managing social media accounts for creators, models, influencers.

Main Responsibilities:

- Set up and grow social media accounts through regular posting.
- Repurpose existing content and post daily according to assigned deliverables (output-based role).
- Handle multiple accounts while keeping content quality and consistency.
- Use basic tools like Canva and CapCut to create content.
- Track content performance and engagement, and adjust strategies when necessary.
- Create posts designed to attract leads and drive conversions.

Requirements:

- Familiar with the TOS and best practices of major social media platforms.
- Have a basic understanding of social media growth strategies.
- Organized, dependable, and able to consistently meet deadlines.
- Comfortable managing multiple social media accounts.

Bonus:

- Experience creating, managing, and growing social media accounts from scratch.
- Experience with content clipping and repurposing.
- Experience managing creator, influencer, or personal brand accounts.
- Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook Reels.
