Business Development Representative (Remote, Philippines)
Company: Lyon Global LLC
Location: Remote (Philippines only)
Schedule: Async friendly, but you'll need to be available during US Eastern business hours for calls and live outreach
Compensation: ₱25,000/month base (paid weekly) + 15% commission on all closed revenue, paid in perpetuity for the life of the client

We are growing and need someone who can find, engage, and close new business for us.

The Role
You are responsible for generating new revenue for Lyon Global. Full cycle. That means you source your own leads, run your own outreach, and close your own deals. Nobody is going to hand you a list or hold your hand through a pipeline.

What you'll do every day:
-Identify and research prospective clients (US based small business owners)
-Cold and warm outreach via email, phone, LinkedIn, social media DMs, and any channel that works
-Book and conduct discovery calls with prospects (with Support from the existing Lyon Global team)
-Present Lyon Global's services and match them to the prospect's actual needs
-Manage your own pipeline from first touch to signed agreement
-Track activity and deals in ClickUp
-Collaborate async with the team via ClickUp Chat

Compensation
₱25,000/month base, paid weekly. Plus 15% commission on every dollar of revenue your clients generate for Lyon Global, paid in perpetuity for the life of the account. That means if you close a client on a ₱10,000/month service, you earn ₱1,500/month from that one client every single month they stay. Stack enough accounts and this becomes a serious income stream on top of your base.

Who You Are
A self starter who operates like a manager of one. You don't wait for assignments, SOPs, or supervision.

You have real experience in B2B sales, business development, or consulting sales, not just lead gen.

You're comfortable talking to US business owners on the phone and over video. Excellent spoken and written English is non negotiable.

You have hands on experience with CRM platforms, ideally all in one business platforms used by agencies or consultants.

You know your way around ClickUp (or can prove you'll pick it up fast).

You understand digital marketing, websites, SEO, paid ads, and how small businesses buy these services.

You are resourceful, persistent, and competitive. You figure things out without being told how.

Nice to Have
-Background in consulting, digital marketing, or SaaS sales
-Experience selling to US small business owners
-Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach, cold email strategy, and social selling
-Prior experience working async with a US based remote team
