JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a video editor to join our team full-time. We’re a small team specializing in editing wedding films for videographers. Our process is straightforward: our clients send us footage, and we transform it into films that reflect each client’s unique style. If you’re passionate about storytelling and have experience with Final Cut and Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve, we’d love to have you on board!

The Role:
An editor is responsible for:
- Culling footage, editing, and color grading
- Ensuring the final film matches the client’s style (our editors typically work with 5 different videographers, and we have long-term clients)
- Storytelling – this is the most important skill for us. If you have a strong sense of storytelling, we can teach you everything else!
- We’re happy to share tips, workflows, and best practices to help you integrate into our team.

Remote Flexibility:

Requirements:
- Can work in Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve and Final Cut (Final Cut is preferred)
- Access to a high-speed internet connection for downloading large files.
- A reliable computer capable of handling video editing (MacBook is preferred)
-Previous experience with editing wedding films 

Workload & Compensation:
-We’re looking for a full-time team member, editing up to 6-7 weddings per month (depending on the month and project complexity).
- We guarantee a minimum of 4-5 weddings per month to ensure stability

. Payment Structure:
-Pay is fixed per project based on the final film’s length and complexity of the film. In the application form below, please indicate your desired rate so we can ensure a mutually beneficial arrangement.
