JOB OVERVIEW

Research Operations Lead

Location: Remote (Philippines Preferred)

Employment: Full-Time (4-Day Working Week)

If so, this could be the perfect role for you.

Techire AI has been hiring in AI since 2019. We're building a new Research Operations function to support our recruiters through better research, higher quality data and AI-powered workflows.

This isn't a recruitment role. Instead, you'll work directly with the founder to build the function that enables our recruiters to perform at their best.

As the team grows, you'll be responsible for leading the team, improving our systems and processes, and helping us scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Research Operations team.

• Manage research and data projects across the business.

• Allocate work and monitor quality across the team.

• Own candidate and company data quality within our CRM.

• Support recruiters with research requests, candidate enrichment and market intelligence.

• Build SOPs and improve operational processes.

• Review AI-generated research before it enters our database.

• Help improve our internal AI tooling and workflows.

• Work closely with recruiters to identify operational improvements.

• Train and onboard future Research Operations team members.

Who We're Looking For

This role is ideal for someone who has worked in agency recruitment but enjoys the operational side of the industry more than the sales side.

You'll probably enjoy this role if you:

• Understand the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.

• Love improving systems and processes.

• Have excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

• Enjoy leading people and managing projects.

• Like solving problems and making other people more effective.

• Are comfortable using CRMs, spreadsheets and AI tools.

• Want to build something from the ground up.

Technical knowledge isn't essential. Your recruitment knowledge, operational mindset and willingness to learn are far more important.

Nice to Have

• Leadership or management experience.

• Recruitment Operations or Research experience.

• LinkedIn Recruiter experience.

• CRM management experience.

• Experience using ChatGPT, Claude or other AI tools.

• Experience creating SOPs and documentation.
