We are seeking an exceptional, numbers-driven Senior Amazon Marketplace Growth Manager to take end-to-end commercial and operational ownership of our unified Amazon Seller Central account.
Intent Brands operates SurviveX (first-aid and preparedness products) and Aerotrunk (luggage).
Website:
Currently generating approximately $20 million in trailing 12-month revenue, our portfolio consists of two category-leading brands: one in First Aid & Emergency Preparedness and the other in Travel Accessories. Both brands operate under a single Seller Central account, presenting significant opportunities for catalog expansion, advertising efficiency, and cross-merchandising.
In this role, you are not simply managing listings—you are the primary owner of the channel’s P&L. You will make high-stakes executive decisions backed by financial rigor, driving profitable top-line and bottom-line expansion. You will orchestrate advertising strategy, listing conversion optimization, promotional calendars, external traffic capture, and strategic relationships (including our Amazon SAS Core partner).
***Role Overview***
We are seeking an EXPERIENCED AMAZON BRAND MANAGER/ P&L DIRECTOR to oversee and scale our $10M–$20M+ Amazon accounts. In this role, you will own the channel's financial performance, optimize conversion rates, guide advertising strategies, and maximize revenue velocity across multiple brand catalogs.
******** KEY RESPONSIBILITIES********
1.) P&L & Financial Leadership: Own end-to-end Amazon P&L across 2 brand catalogs. Analyze unit economics, Landed COGS, Amazon fee structures (FBA, referral, storage, aged inventory surcharges), and contribution margins. Allocate target TACoS % points across product lines to balance profit and growth.
2.) Ad Strategy & External Traffic: Partner with the internal PPC Manager on SP, SB, SBV, and SD campaigns to enforce TACoS discipline aligned with P&L targets. Quantify and leverage external Shopify halo traffic to boost Amazon organic rank and BSR velocity.
3.) Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Conduct PDP audits, build creative briefs for the Creative Designer (infographics, Premium A+ Content, copy, video), and run hypothesis-driven A/B tests (via Manage Your Experiments and 3rd-party tools). Reverse-engineer search intent using Amazon SQP and Brand Analytics data.
4.) Merchandising & Promotions: Maximize basket size and AOV using parent/child ASIN structures and Amazon Storefront optimization. Execute and run post-mortems on 7-Day / Best Deals and Prime Exclusive Deals (PEDs) to ensure net-positive incremental velocity.
5.) Operations & Account Health: Partner with the Amazon Technical Specialist on account health, listing suppressions, and stranded inventory. Serve as primary liaison with our dedicated Amazon SAS Core representative to access beta programs and escalate critical issues.
