JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for an exceptional email automation and deliverability expert to help us build and manage a reliable, scalable email infrastructure.

This is not a basic newsletter or Klaviyo position.

We operate in the performance marketing and traffic industry. We already have the demand and capacity to sell up to 20,000 clicks per day. Our current bottleneck is consistently generating and delivering that volume while maintaining strong inbox placement, engagement, domain reputation and IP health.

What We Need

We need someone who can audit our current operation, identify exactly what is limiting our deliverability, and build a system capable of scaling responsibly.

You should be able to help with:

Complete deliverability and infrastructure audit

Email automation architecture
ESP and SMTP selection
Sending-domain and subdomain configuration
SPF, DKIM, DMARC, rDNS and custom tracking-domain setup
Dedicated IP management and warming
Gmail, Microsoft and Yahoo reputation management
Google Postmaster Tools and Microsoft SNDS monitoring
Automated domain, IP and campaign-health monitoring
Bounce, complaint and suppression management
List validation, hygiene and engagement segmentation
Inbox-placement and seed-list testing
Campaign scheduling and volume allocation
Automated workflows based on subscriber engagement
Tracking and reporting dashboards
Troubleshooting sudden inboxing or reputation problems
Creating documented SOPs our team can follow

Experience with tools such as MailWizz, Mautic, PowerMTA, Postal, Amazon SES, SendGrid, Mailgun, GlockApps, Everest, Inbox Monster, Google Postmaster Tools, Microsoft SNDS, MillionVerifier or comparable systems is valuable.

We are open to your recommended technology stack. We care more about proven results than attachment to any particular platform.

The Goal

We want to develop a stable, compliant system that can generate and fulfil a substantial daily volume of genuine clicks without constantly damaging domains or IPs.

We understand that no legitimate expert can guarantee a specific inbox rate or immediately produce 20,000 daily clicks. We want someone who can:

Establish our current baseline.
Diagnose the real bottlenecks.
Create a realistic scaling plan.
Implement the infrastructure and automation.
Measure performance by mailbox provider.
Improve results without relying on deceptive practices or temporary tricks.
Who We’re Looking For

You must have genuine, hands-on experience managing high-volume email infrastructure.

We are not looking for:

General email copywriters
Basic automation builders
People whose only experience is sending small newsletters
Someone who simply recommends buying more domains
Anyone using spam-filter evasion, fake engagement or other short-term tactics

The right person understands that deliverability is affected by acquisition source, consent, engagement, complaints, list quality, authentication, infrastructure and sending behaviour—not just email copy.

How do you determine whether the problem is the list, content, domain, IP, tracking setup or sending pattern?

Which deliverability practices will you refuse to use?
Can you provide verifiable case studies, screenshots or references?

Engagement Structure

We would prefer to begin with a paid technical audit and implementation plan.

If your diagnosis is strong and you can demonstrate the required experience, this can become a substantial implementation and ongoing management contract.
