JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Virtual Assistant to work as a Project Manager, coordinating between our factory/production team and our client-facing team. You'll be the key link that keeps projects on track — following up with the factory, tracking progress, and reporting clear, accurate updates to the person managing the client relationship.

Responsibilities

• Communicate daily/regularly with the factory to track order status, production timelines, and any issues
• Follow up on delays, quality concerns, or missing information
• Compile clear, organized status reports/updates for the client-facing manager
• Flag risks or problems early, before they become client-facing issues
• Maintain trackers/spreadsheets for orders, timelines, and deliverables
• Join calls/meetings as needed with factory contacts and/or internal team
