JOB OVERVIEW

We build an AI-powered personalization and optimization platform used by top Shopify brands. We’re looking for a detail-oriented Junior / Associate Specialist to test, validate, and configure merchant-facing web experiences, and A/B testing campaigns.

This is an associate-level internal technical role—a great opportunity to refine your skills in web QA and Shopify implementation with no customer support, live chats, or client calls involved.

What You’ll Do
Quality Assurance & Testing: Assist with functional, visual, responsive, regression, and edge-case testing on Shopify store builds, platform features, and bug fixes across desktop and mobile.

Store Implementation & Setup: Configure basic settings and help build out client experiences directly inside our platform using approved requirements.

Bug Tracking & Reporting: Spot, document, and track defects with clear reproduction steps, expected vs. actual outcomes, and visual recordings.

Front-End Tweaks & Dev Collaboration: Apply minor HTML/CSS code fixes, and work alongside our engineering team to re-test completed tickets prior to deployment.

Qualifications
1+ year of experience in Web QA, E-Commerce Support, Website Management, or a related entry-level technical role (Shopify familiarity preferred).

Basic to intermediate HTML & CSS skills (ability to use Chrome DevTools to inspect elements and make minor edits).

Exposure to task management or bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Zendesk, Trello, HubSpot, or similar).

Clear written English to document technical bugs and steps to reproduce them.

Nice-to-Haves
Basic awareness of JavaScript.

Exposure to A/B testing concepts, CRO, or personalization tools.
