JOB OVERVIEW

Compensation: $5–$15 per hour, depending on proven experience and responsibility.
Selected candidates begin with a paid 14-day trial. We review the long-term rate, weekly hours and scope after the trial based on performance, ownership and reliability.

We are a fast-growing performance marketing company looking for a hands-on Meta Ads specialist to take real ownership of campaign performance, creative testing and scaling.

This is not a basic “set up ads and send a report” role. You will work closely with our team on active lead-generation funnels, analyze performance daily and help turn winning creatives and campaigns into scalable systems.

What you will do

* Build, launch and optimize Meta campaigns
* Analyze campaign and funnel performance: CPM, CTR, CPC, CPA, conversion rate and lead quality
* Test new creatives, messaging angles, audiences and campaign structures
* Identify why performance changes and turn findings into clear actions
* Scale profitable campaigns carefully while protecting efficiency
* Work with company-provided Business Managers and ad accounts
* Collaborate with our creative and operations team
* Provide concise, clear performance updates in English

What we are looking for

* At least 3 years of hands-on Meta Ads experience
* Proven experience managing real budgets and optimizing for measurable business results
* Strong understanding of creative testing, funnel analysis and scaling
* You can explain campaigns you personally managed, including metrics, decisions and results
* Comfortable working independently and taking ownership
* Strong English communication
* Experience with GA4, GTM, tracking and conversion events is a strong advantage
* Available for a long-term remote role, ideally 20+ hours per week

Important

We care much more about real experience and clear thinking than certificates.

Please do not apply if you have only completed courses or managed very small test budgets. We are looking for someone who can confidently own performance, testing and daily optimization.
