Marketing & Client Operations Assistant - Photography Studio

A generalist VA role split across three strands: keeping the studio's client-facing admin (galleries, invoices, enquiries) running smoothly, building out ongoing marketing content (blogs, newsletter, Pinterest, social), and supporting a phased build-out of the commercial website.

Ongoing Monthly Jobs

- Client Admin & Inbox
- Overall management of inboxes
- Monitor the status of invoices to ensure clients pay in a timely manner
- Reply to new enquiries quickly and efficiently
- Escalate necessary emails to business owner for her attention
- Track retainer clients' hours used
- Send client galleries

Content & Marketing

- Commercial blogs - roughly 2 per month. AI not to be used to write the text.
- Write and send a monthly newsletter for commercial clients that includes recent work, what's on offer, updates from other clients, and shout-outs to their businesses.
- Social Media - use BTS content and ideas generated in her membership to compile 2 Instagram posts per week

One-Off Jobs

- Add a new Business Photography section on our website, focused on: behind-the-scenes images from client businesses, retainer options at monthly rates, a film add-on / brand film booking page, a "book a call" link, and updated commercial photography images.
- Create a profile on "your business network" (email platform)
- Create a Business Photography website page.
- Update commercial photography images on the website.
- Update images on website gallery.
- Christmas gifting research for commercial clients and wedding venues.
- Studio Ninja workflow automations review, including updating the email templates.
- Oversee and update Pinterest content generated through Studio Ninja.

- Studio Ninja (CRM, automations, invoicing/quotes)
- Pinterest
- CapCut / Instagram edits app
- Website CMS (for the commercial page build and gallery updates)
- Newsletter platform (tbc)
- "Your Business Network" (for the commercial profile)

Candidate Experience

It is absolutely essential you have experience of the following, please only apply to this role if you can demonstrate this with client examples:

- Wordpress website management and editing.
- Blog post writing and adding to websites.
- Social media management (Instagram and Pinterest).
- Inbox management and excellent administration skills.
