JOB OVERVIEW

I run a YouTube channel producing listicle videos and I'm looking for an experienced editor to join on a per-video basis. This is a new channel — if it does well, this becomes a long-term opportunity for the right person.

The work:

- Video length: at least 30 minutes
- Budget: $30 per video
- Script and voiceover are provided — your job is the edit, music sync, and visuals

Payment terms:

- I'll pay for the first video once it's completed
- After that, we move to monthly payments

What the edit needs to include:

Hook (first ~minute): follow the style of this video — ----------

- Show the different actors side by side with animations
- Then bring them all onto one screen, with some blurred out to keep the suspense
- Work in movie scenes/clips as part of the hook

Rest of the video (the listicle): follow the style of this video — ----------

- Clean pacing and good song-to-voiceover balance as each item comes up
- The kind of polish top YouTube listicle channels are known for

Important on visuals:

- No AI images. You'll be sourcing real footage and images of the actual actors yourself and assembling them into the video.
