We’re looking for a E-COMMERCE Customer Service Agent to join a growing fitness equipment company and be the first point of contact for customers before and after their purchase.
If you have strong e-commerce customer service experience, communicate well, and enjoy learning products and solving problems, this could be a great fit.
What You’ll Do
Answer customer questions about products, orders, shipping, and pre-sale purchases.
Help customers choose the right equipment for their needs.
Provide after-sales support, including helping customers with gym equipment assembly over video calls.
Identify missing or incorrect parts and coordinate replacements with the internal team.
Keep customer issues organized and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
Learn our products and help improve FAQs, troubleshooting guides, and assembly instructions.
Escalate complex technical issues when needed.
What We’re Looking For
Strong written and spoken English
Solid e-commerce customer service experience
Fast learner who can quickly understand and retain product information
Strong ownership, organization, and follow-through
Comfortable explaining products and processes to customers
Some experience creating or working with product manuals, technical documentation, or similar materials
Familiarity with Canva, Adobe, or similar design/documentation tools
Gym or fitness equipment experience is a strong plus, but not required
