JOB OVERVIEW

About Us
We're a fast-growing direct-to-consumer e-commerce company selling physical products online, with a US warehouse and international shipping. We're looking for a dedicated Klaviyo email marketer to own our email channel and help us grow revenue through smart, consistent campaigns and flows.

What You'll Be Doing

Planning, building, and sending out email campaigns in Klaviyo on a regular schedule (promos, product launches, newsletters, sales, etc.)
Managing and optimizing existing automated flows (welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back, etc.)
Building and maintaining a content/send calendar so campaigns go out consistently and on time
Segmenting our list for targeted sends (new customers, repeat buyers, engaged vs. unengaged, etc.)
Writing or briefing email copy and coordinating with our creative team on graphics/assets
A/B testing subject lines, send times, content, and offers to improve open rates, click rates, and revenue per send
Monitoring key metrics (open rate, CTR, revenue per email, unsubscribes, deliverability) and reporting results
Keeping our list clean and deliverability healthy (suppressions, sunset flows, etc.)
Flagging opportunities — new flow ideas, seasonal campaigns, list growth tactics — rather than just waiting to be told what to send

Requirements

Proven hands-on experience running Klaviyo for an e-commerce/DTC brand (please share specific examples or a portfolio)
Strong understanding of email marketing best practices: segmentation, flows, deliverability, A/B testing
Comfortable working independently and managing a send calendar without heavy hand-holding
Good written English for copywriting and communication
Reliable internet connection and can work consistent hours with overlap for US/Canada time zones (Eastern Time)
Detail-oriented — a wrong send or a missed campaign costs us real money

Nice to Have

Experience with Shopify
Basic understanding of paid social/DTC funnels (so you understand how email fits into the bigger picture)
Experience with SMS marketing (Klaviyo or Postscript)
