Marriott Vacations Worldwide, a Industry: A leading upscale vacation ownership (timeshare) company — developing and operating resorts under brands like Marriott, Sheraton, Westin, Hyatt, and Ritz-Carlton; plus timeshare exchange (Interval International) and hotel management (Aqua-Aston).
Target market: Middle-to-high income individuals and families seeking long-term vacation ownership, with a global reach (700,000+ owner families).
We generate [leads / applicants / customers] in the US through Meta Ads and need a specialist to manage it full-time.

What will you actually do?
Set up and manage [lead generation] campaigns on Facebook and Instagram
Watch cost per lead through the US day and move budget toward what performs
Build lead forms, custom audiences, lookalikes and retargeting
Test creatives, hooks and copy weekly
Keep Pixel, Conversions API and events firing correctly
Deal with rejected ads and keep accounts in good standing
Report weekly on spend, results and next tests
Do a quick paid check on weekends when campaigns are running (15–30 minutes)

What do you need?
1+ year of hands-on Meta Ads work with real budgets
A working knowledge of the key metrics: CTR, CPM, CPL, CPA
Clear written English
Availability for a steady night shift, good internet, your own computer, and a backup for power or internet outages
A reliable, honest, proactive way of working. Training is provided for anything beyond the basics.

What would be a plus?
Lead gen experience for US audiences, [Special Ad Categories], simple Canva or copy skills.
