Senior Media Buyer (Meta Ads, Affiliate Lead Generation) - Remote, Full-Time

We are looking for Senior Media Buyer to run Meta ad campaigns for affiliate lead-generation offers.

This is a remote, full-time position.

You will be the person who takes a new offer, tests it, finds what works, and scales it. You report directly to the owner and work inside our own Business Manager, tracker, and creative pipeline.

This is NOT an e-commerce role. We do not sell products or run stores.

We generate leads and calls for affiliate offers in home services (bathroom remodeling, roofing, windows, solar, HVAC, and similar) and in the refinancing and mortgage space (cash-out refinance, home equity, debt consolidation).

If your Meta experience is only in e-commerce, dropshipping, or brand awareness, this role is NOT the right fit.

You must have hands-on experience as a Meta Ads Manager buyer for affiliate lead-generation offers. That means you have personally built campaigns, written the targeting, chosen the creatives, set the budgets, read the numbers every morning, and made the kill, keep, or scale decision yourself.

You know how a lead-gen funnel differs from a store checkout, and you know how to read a campaign when the payout comes from the network and not from the Meta pixel.

You must be able to show your testing and scaling methodology, not just describe it. In the interview you will walk us through how you approach a brand-new offer: how you structure the first launch, how many ad sets and creatives you start with, what daily budgets you use, what your kill rules are, and when you d ---------- an offer is worth scaling.

We expect you to know and be able to explain the Brazilian testing method, when you use CBO versus ABO, how you move a winner from testing into a scaling structure, and how you handle creative fatigue. If you have your own variations on these methods, even better, but you must be able to defend them with numbers from campaigns you have actually run.

You must have experience working with affiliate networks. You know how to read a network dashboard, how caps and payouts work, how to set up postbacks and sub IDs, how to talk to an affiliate manager, and how to tell the difference between a tracking problem and a bad campaign. Experience with a click tracker (RedTrack, Voluum, ClickFlare, or similar) is expected.

Your day-to-day responsibilities: launch and manage campaigns across multiple ad accounts and offers, monitor spend and lead quality daily, request and brief new creatives from our creative team, keep a clear record of every test and its result, protect the ad accounts by following Meta's policies and our internal rules, and report performance in plain numbers, not stories.

Reliability is a hard requirement. You must attend a daily team meeting on video, camera on, Monday through Friday, at a time set with the team. You must be reachable during working hours and you must tell us before a problem becomes a surprise. Missed meetings and silent days are the fastest way to lose this position.

What we offer: a remote full-time role with a stable workload, offers with real budgets, a creative team producing new ads for you, our own tracking and automation tools, and direct access to the owner with no layers in between.

Compensation is p40000 per month.
