JOB OVERVIEW

Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will oversee contractor relationships, coordinate daily operations, and conduct daily inspections. This position requires strong organizational skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Contractor Management
Identify, vet, and onboard qualified independent cleaning contractors.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date contractor profiles, documentation, and compliance records.
Monitor contractor performance, address quality or service issues, and provide constructive feedback.
Support and guide contractors to ensure consistent service delivery.

Scheduling & Operations
Coordinate job schedules to ensure timely service delivery and proper staffing.
Manage schedule changes, last-minute requests, and conflict resolution efficiently.
Track service completion and follow up on outstanding work orders.

Customer Experience
Conduct regular customer inspections to ensure service quality standards are met or exceeded.
Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and service requests professionally.
Actively secure, online reviews and referrals.

Qualifications
2+ years of experience in operations, customer support, or account management in business services
Excellent written and conversational English skills
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with scheduling systems, CRM platforms, or similar tools.
Customer-focused attitude with a proactive and professional approach.
Spanish language skills are not necessary but would be a strong positive

Compensation: $5 per hour
Time zone: Pacific Standard Time
