JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Walmart Product Sourcing Specialist to help identify profitable products for our Walmart Marketplace business.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Walmart product hunting, Online Arbitrage (OA), and Wholesale sourcing. You should understand how to research products, analyze profitability, and identify opportunities suitable for both Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS) and Seller Fulfilled orders.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify profitable products to sell on Walmart Marketplace
• Source products through Online Arbitrage and Wholesale suppliers
• Conduct detailed product hunting and competitor research
• Analyze sales price, product cost, Walmart fees, shipping costs, ROI, and profit margins
• Identify products suitable for WFS and Seller Fulfilled
• Research product demand, competition, pricing history, and seller count
• Find reliable retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and suppliers
• Maintain organized sourcing and product research spreadsheets
• Monitor existing products for pricing and profitability changes
• Look for new sourcing opportunities and profitable product categories

Requirements

• Previous experience sourcing products for Walmart Marketplace
• Strong experience with Online Arbitrage and/or Wholesale sourcing
• Experience with Walmart WFS and Seller Fulfilled products
• Strong product hunting and research skills
• Ability to calculate ROI, profit margins, fees, and other costs accurately
• Familiarity with Walmart Seller Center and product research tools is preferred
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
• Good written and spoken English
• Strong attention to detail
• Hardworking, reliable, and self-motivated
• Able to work independently without constant supervision
• Must be consistent and willing to meet sourcing/product research goals

We are looking for someone who understands profitable sourcing, not simply finding products. The candidate should be able to evaluate opportunities carefully and provide products that meet our profitability and sourcing requirements.

Experience with Amazon sourcing, Keepa, SellerAmp, or similar product research tools is a plus.
