We are looking for an experienced Virtual Assistant who has generated leads organically through Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.

This is not a traditional social media management role.

The main goal is to start conversations, generate leads, follow up, book appointments, and identify partnership opportunities through social media.

We work primarily in the real estate investment, private lending, mortgage, and real estate services space.

We already provide the systems, prospect lists, Facebook groups, content, scripts, and outreach strategy. Your job is to help execute it consistently.

Responsibilities
Generate leads through Facebook Groups, LinkedIn, and Instagram
Post and engage inside relevant Facebook Groups
Monitor posts and comments for potential prospects
Turn comments and engagement into DMs and conversations
Send manual outreach messages and follow up with prospects
Help qualify interested leads and book appointments
Reach out to influencers, group admins, community owners, and potential JV/referral partners
Publish simple text and image-based social posts
Use provided scripts, templates, and ChatGPT when needed
Track conversations, follow-ups, and leads inside our CRM or tracking system
We Are Looking For Someone With Experience In
Organic social media lead generation

Facebook Groups

Facebook Messenger / DM outreach
LinkedIn prospecting
Instagram outreach
Social selling
Appointment setting
Lead follow-up
Influencer or partnership outreach
CRM or lead tracking

Experience in real estate, mortgages, private lending, hard money, financial services, or B2B lead generation is a plus.

Experience with GoHighLevel is also a plus.

Important

We are specifically looking for someone who understands how to generate leads through social media.

If your background is mainly Canva, graphic design, video editing, or simply scheduling social media posts, this is probably not the right position.

We need someone who understands:

Prospecting → Conversation → Follow-Up → Lead → Appointment
