JOB OVERVIEW

PLEASE READ

We are a US marketing agency that generates leads for home-service companies — pest control, plumbing, electrical, cleaning, waste, and more.

We are hiring an appointment setter to call warm leads, follow up with existing opportunities, make cold calls, and book qualified appointments directly onto the owner’s calendar.

How to apply

Two parts. Follow the format exactly. We are hiring someone who follows instructions precisely, so this application is the first test. Anything that skips a step will not be read.

Part 1 — Your message

Start with the exact words “BOOKED” followed by the highest number of qualified appointments you have personally booked in one month — the number, the industry, the country, and whether they came from warm leads, cold calls, or
both.

Then state your available working hours in US Mountain Time and your desired hourly rate in USD.

Part 2 — A Loom video, 90 seconds maximum

Cover these four things in this order:

1. Your name and your appointment-setting or phone-sales experience. Which industries, which countries, how long, and what you achieved. Give me real numbers.

2. Walk me through your numbers. Show me a CRM, spreadsheet, report, dashboard, or anything else you have. I want to see call volume, appointments booked, and show rate. Explain which of those results were personally yours. You do not need live account access. Any document you can speak to is fine.

3. Answer this out loud: a new warm lead comes through, but they do not answer your first call. Walk me through exactly what you do next. Include your call, voicemail, text, email, and follow-up cadence.

4. Role-play the first 20 seconds of a cold call to the owner of a home-service company. Then tell me why you are the best fit for this role and why you deserve an interview with me.

Follow these instructions exactly or you will not get interviewed.

We read and watch every application that follows the format.

The job

You own every lead until a qualified appointment is booked on the owner’s calendar.

Your number-one priority is calling new warm leads immediately when they come through. If a new lead arrives during your shift, you stop what you are doing and call them as quickly as possible.

When all new leads have been contacted, you will:

- Follow up with warm leads who have not booked
- Call older leads and past opportunities
- Reschedule no-shows
- Send follow-up texts, emails, and voicemails
- Make cold calls from lists we provide
- Qualify prospects and book appointments
- Confirm upcoming appointments
- Keep every lead’s notes, status, and next action updated

You will use our CRM, calendar, dialer, scripts, follow-up processes, and AI tools. AI can help you write messages, summarize conversations, and manage follow-up, but you are still responsible for checking the work and making sure no lead gets forgotten.

I do not want to take over a lead until they are qualified and booked on my calendar. Once the appointment is booked and the CRM is updated correctly, I take over from there.

Every appointment must be legitimate. We do not want unqualified people booked just to increase your numbers.

Your priorities

Work through leads in this order:

1. New warm leads
2. Scheduled warm-lead follow-ups
3. Older leads who have not booked
4. No-shows and reschedules
5. Cold calls

Warm leads always come first.

Your scoreboard

We will measure:

- Speed to first call
- Percentage of warm leads contacted
- Total call attempts
- Qualified appointments booked
- Appointment show rate
- Follow-up completion
- CRM accuracy
- Call quality
- Daily communication

You will be expected to call every new warm lead during your shift, complete all scheduled follow-ups, and make cold calls whenever the warm-lead pipeline is current.

The initial activity target will be at least 60 total outbound call attempts per day when enough leads are available.

Appointment targets will be finalized after we measure actual lead volume, contact rates, and qualification rates.

Schedule and compensation

- Part-time
- Five hours per day
- Monday through Friday
- 25 hours per week
- Fixed schedule during US Mountain Time business hours
- $5–$6 USD per hour based on experience
- Additional performance bonuses may be available for qualified appointments that attend
- Opportunity for more hours and increased pay based on performance

State your exact availability in US Mountain Time when applying.

# You need

- 1+ year of appointment setting, cold calling, phone sales, or SDR experience
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Clear, easy-to-understand pronunciation
- Experience speaking with US prospects
- Confidence on both warm and cold calls
- The ability to sound natural instead of reading a script
- Strong objection-handling skills
- Experience using a CRM, dialer, calendar, SMS, and email
- Comfort using AI tools to work faster
- Strong organization and follow-up discipline
- A reliable computer and high-speed internet
- A professional headset with a clear microphone
- A quiet place to make calls
- Reliable availability during your complete shift
- Clear daily communication

Experience with home-service companies, local businesses, marketing agencies, or B2B sales is preferred.

This is not a general virtual-assistant position. This is a phone-based sales role for someone who is comfortable
calling leads, handling rejection, following up consistently, and asking directly for the appointment.

Follow the application instructions exactly or your application will not be reviewed.
