HOURS: Project-based, 5–10 hrs/week to start

WRITING ONLY — you write the scripts; you do NOT narrate, voice-act, or record audio.

ABOUT THE PROJECT
We're hiring writers for SHORT SERIALIZED true-crime audio episodes meant for binge listening — cold opens, mid-episode turns, and HARD cliffhangers. Think Serial-style tension + Netflix true-crime pacing in 8–12 minute audio episodes (~1,500 words). Not book chapters. Not generic YouTube summaries.

WHAT YOU'LL WRITE
- Serialized episode scripts from our research dossier (facts we provide)
- Strong cold open in the first 30–45 seconds of the script
- Clear cliffhanger ending that forces the next episode
- Clean US-audience English, ethical true-crime framing (victims first)

MUST APPLY WITH (or we ignore)

NICE TO HAVE
- Prior short-form serial / binge audio or microdrama writing
- True crime, thriller, or mystery serials
- Experience writing scripts meant to be spoken aloud; ability to write for the ear

TEST PROCESS
Shortlisted writers get a PAID 500-word cold-open test ($20). Winners get a full episode commission. Ongoing work for reliable, binge-ready writers.
