JOB OVERVIEW

Summary
We're an established DTC ecommerce fashion brand looking for a Senior Performance Creative Strategist to help us improve and expand our creative strategy for Meta Ads.

We already have a strong backend, an established creative production system, several months of performance data, and proven winning ads. We're looking for someone with experience across multiple DTC brands who can bring outside pattern recognition, challenge our current assumptions, and help us consistently discover new winning creative directions.

**What you'll do:**

* Analyze winning and losing creatives using Meta Ads Manager
* Research customers, competitors, Meta/TikTok ads and adjacent markets
* Identify customer problems, desires, objections and buying motivations
* Develop new angles, concepts, hypotheses and testing opportunities
* Build and maintain a creative testing roadmap
* Develop strategy/briefs for UGC, gifted & paid creators, AI voiceover videos and static ads
* Systematically iterate proven winners without relying only on minor variations

We're particularly interested in someone with experience in fashion/accessories AND problem-solving/direct-response products. Our products combine fashion/desire with functional benefits, and we want to better understand the underlying problems, desires and use cases that can drive our advertising.

This is not a media buying, social media management, editing, or influencer outreach position.

Please do not send a generic proposal. We're specifically looking for someone who can demonstrate WHY creatives performed and how those learnings informed the next tests.

We're open to hourly, monthly retainer, or another structure depending on experience and proposed scope. We intend to begin with a small paid strategic trial before committing to an ongoing engagement.
