JOB OVERVIEW

Setter Systems books in-home solar consultations for homeowners. We're hiring experienced outbound callers who want to be paid for results, every Friday.

THE PAY: YOU CONTROL IT
You earn twice on every appointment: $25 when you book it, and $100 more when the homeowner sits down. No cap.
- 1 booking a day: about $1,500 a month
- 2 bookings a day: about $3,100 a month
- 3 bookings a day: about $4,800 a month

Those figures assume only 1 in 3 of your appointments shows up. Book 15 sits in a month and every sit that month pays $110, including the first 14.

Plus $50 every time a homeowner you booked gets fully approved, and a $75 a week safety net in any week you put in 25+ hours, for your first month while you ramp up. Paid every Friday by Wise, with a statement you can check.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Cold call US homeowners from our multi-line dialer. Contacts are homeowners from PropStream property data, scrubbed for Do Not Call.
- Have friendly 5 to 10 minute conversations and book appointments for our consultants.
- Explain a simple offer: the solar equipment and installation is provided with nothing out of pocket, and homeowners get their electricity at about a 30% lower rate.
- Follow our script and objection guide. Full training, and daily call feedback in your first weeks.

WHAT WE NEED
- Real outbound cold calling experience on US accounts (solar, roofing, or home services is a big plus)
- Clear, confident English that older American homeowners trust
- 5 to 6 hours a day between 10am and 7pm US Eastern (10pm to 7am Philippine time), Monday to Saturday
- A quiet room, a good headset, and stable internet with a backup

Before, you had to take out a big loan or write a big check... but now there's nothing out of pocket and no loan, you just get your power at about a 30% lower rate. But my apologies, I'm talking too much... just to see if this could even make sense for you, how much is the electric company making you pay each month?"

4. Your past calling results: appointments per day or week, and show rate if you know it
