JOB OVERVIEW

I'm looking for a TALENTED short-form video editor to work with me long-term on my real estate/personal brand content.

I create 30–60 second Instagram Reels documenting house flips, renovations, investment properties, business, and behind-the-scenes real estate content.

I'm looking for someone who can take my raw footage and turn it into clean, engaging, fast-paced short-form videos.

You'll be responsible for:

Editing approximately 3–5 Reels per week
Clean, engaging captions
B-roll and property footage
On-screen numbers, math and simple motion graphics
Zooms, punch-ins and transitions
Music and sound effects
Keeping the video engaging throughout

The style I want: Clean, professional and modern. I do NOT want every second overloaded with effects. The editing should help tell the story and keep the viewer's attention.

Strong English comprehension and experience editing Reels/TikToks/Shorts are important. CapCut experience is preferred. Real estate/business content experience is a bonus.

This is a long-term position. I want someone who can learn my style so that eventually I can send you footage + a script and you know how I want it edited.
