JOB OVERVIEW

Schapira CPA is the only CPA firm built exclusively for $2M–$50M manufacturers in the NY/NJ/CT area.
We're launching an aggressive 12-month growth plan and need someone to run it.

The role

Own execution of a six-channel marketing plan end to end — cold email, paid ads, webinars, referral partners, direct mail, and our website — with one target: 150 booked sales calls this year.

What you'll do

• Run paid campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn and Google
• Build and manage a cold-email program off a 20,000-contact database
• Produce quarterly webinars and a direct-mail campaign to our top-fit prospects
• Report results weekly and own the numbers

What we're looking for
• A direct-response marketing background — you can show us results from your last 3 campaigns
• Experience managing real paid-media budgets (Meta/LinkedIn/Google)
• Comfortable with a CRM tools
• Someone who wants to own a plan, not just execute tickets
