JOB OVERVIEW

Put the word AVATAR as the first word of your application. Applications without it are not read.

We are a German e-commerce company in the health and wellness space. We run short-form video on Instagram, TikTok and Meta ads, and we are building a small network of recurring AI characters who speak German to an audience aged 45 to 65.

We need one producer who owns the full video, not only the edit.

What you do

Take a character reference (photos, voice sample), a German script and a reference video, and deliver a finished vertical video, max 35 seconds.
Generate the AI character footage. The same face, age and voice must hold across many videos and different settings.
Generate the German voiceover from our voice reference and lip-sync it.
Add B-roll (generated or stock), captions, hook text and a CTA. Export 1080×1920.
Later: make hook variations of winning videos and adapt English or German reference videos into new scripts on your own.
Volume: about 5 new videos per week at the start. We measure your real speed in the pilot before we agree on more.

What we give you

Character packs: face references, voice sample, persona sheet.
German scripts with an English meaning guide, sentence by sentence.
Reference videos that show the pacing and style we want.
A native German speaker who checks every video and gives timestamped feedback.
Payment for the AI tools we agree on.
You do not need to speak German. You do need a reliable way to check that the German audio and captions match the script: no dropped words, no changed numbers, correct umlauts (ä, ö, ü, ß). Tell us your method in the application.

Must have

You have personally made AI character videos with continuous speech and lip-sync, not only stock avatars.
You can show the same AI character in at least two different videos or scenes.
Daily practice with tools such as Higgsfield, Kling, Veo, Seedance, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, Fish Audio, CapCut. Your choice, as long as the result holds up.
You fix bad generations yourself instead of delivering them.
Reliable internet, own computer, 2 hours overlap with 9:00–12:00 Central European Time.
Nice to have

Older characters (55+) in your portfolio. They are harder than young faces.
Experience with direct-response or supplement ads.
Work in a language you do not speak.
Rules

These are fictional AI characters. No invented medical credentials, patient stories or customer results.
No real person's face or voice without rights.
We receive the editable project, prompts, voice settings and source assets with every delivery.

How to apply

Send these things. Short answers are fine.

Three AI videos you personally produced.
One example of the same AI character in two different videos or scenes.
How do you check audio and captions in a language you do not speak?
Your tools, hourly rate, hours per week, and how long one 30-second video takes you.
