JOB OVERVIEW

We run a lot of YouTube channels and we're hiring video editors constantly, but our current pipeline (onlinejobs.ph) simply isn't bringing enough people. We need someone who knows how to find video editors and creators wherever they actually are, and get them into our application process.

Your job will be:
-> Find video editors and creators looking for work
-> Post in Facebook groups, ---------- s, and communities where editors actually hang out
-> Reach out directly to people if that's faster than posting and waiting
-> All you need to do is send them our application form link, that's it. Your role is just finding video editors looking for work and inviting them to apply, nothing more
-> Do this every week, and get paid for every video editor you bring who gets hired

This Job's For You If:
-> You already know Filipino Facebook groups, ---------- s, or communities full of editors and creators, or you can find them fast
-> You're comfortable posting, commenting, and messaging people directly, all day if needed
-> You want remote FLEXIBLE TIME work with no meetings, no calls

Compensation and Perks:
-> $50-$100 commission/fee per person who gets hired
-> Ongoing work with no cap, the more people you bring, the more you earn
-> Fully remote, work on your own schedule

Note: We already have a working application system that filters and tests every candidate automatically. Your only job is to send a link to an application form to video editors. We're not looking for someone we need to train, we're looking for someone who already knows how to do this and wants to get paid on results.
