JOB OVERVIEW

? Inbound & Outbound Appointment Setter (Remote, Full-Time)

We are seeking a proactive, highly articulate Appointment Setter to manage a dual role: handling incoming lead calls and actively prospecting/sourcing new clients through cold outreach.

? Key Responsibilities

• Inbound Handling: Conduct initial discovery calls with warm leads and schedule follow-up meetings.

• Outbound Sourcing: Actively find, call, and engage prospective clients through direct calling, email, and social outreach.

• Multichannel Communication: Manage ongoing prospect conversations via email, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.

• Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate CRM notes, tasks, and meeting schedules.
?️ Required & Preferred Tool Experience

• Outreach & Lead Gen: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Dripify, Facebook & Instagram DM outreach.
• Operations & Communication: Slack, ClickUp, Email, Calendly, Zoom, Google Workspace, and standard CRMs.

• AI Tools: Familiarity with modern AI capabilities (ChatGPT, Claude, AI sequence drafting, prompt engineering, etc.) is a big plus.

✅ Requirements

• Strong verbal & written communication skills (comfortable on video/audio calls and via email).
• Proven experience in both inbound discovery calls and outbound prospecting/cold calling.
• Highly organized with a quiet home office setup and high-speed internet.

• Ability to work U.S. business hours.
