JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Amazon FBA Online Arbitrage Virtual Assistant to join our growing Amazon FBA business. This role is focused on sourcing profitable products, managing inventory, and supporting day-to-day Seller Central operations.

This is not an entry-level position. We are specifically looking for someone with proven experience using SellerAmp SAS and Keepa to source profitable products with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities
Product Sourcing
Source profitable Online Arbitrage products for Amazon UK FBA
Use SellerAmp SAS and Keepa to analyse sourcing opportunities
Evaluate ROI, profit margins, sales rank, competition, and Buy Box data
Find replenishable products with consistent sales history
Submit high-quality leads that meet our sourcing criteria
Monitor existing products and identify restocking opportunities
Amazon Seller Central
Create and manage FBA shipments
Monitor inventory levels and stock requirements
Review stranded, suppressed, and low-stock inventory
Handle reimbursement claims
Assist with listing management and pricing updates
Administrative Tasks
Maintain sourcing spreadsheets and reports
Organise supplier invoices and order information
Track product performance and restock opportunities
Provide regular updates on sourcing activity
Requirements
Essential
Previous Amazon FBA Online Arbitrage experience
Proven experience using SellerAmp SAS
Proven experience using Keepa
Experience with Amazon Seller Central
Ability to confidently analyse Keepa charts
Strong understanding of ROI, profit margins, sales rank, and competition
Ability to identify restricted, gated, or high-risk products
Excellent attention to detail
Strong written English communication skills
Reliable internet connection and own laptop/PC
Must be willing to work during UK business hours
Preferred
Experience sourcing from UK retailers
Knowledge of BuyBotPro
Experience with Google Sheets or Excel
Experience with Wholesale or Retail Arbitrage
Working Hours
Flexible schedule
Must have overlap with UK business hours
