SENIOR AMAZON TECHNICAL CATALOG OPERATOR
US & Canada | Intent Brands
Remote | Full-time | 40 hours/week | Starting pay: $1,500 USD / month

**We are NOT looking for a general Amazon VA***

***We need an EXPERIENCED HANDS-ON SPECIALIST** *
To own our US and Canadian listings, troubleshoot catalog issues, publish approved content, execute promotions, and manage Amazon support cases through verified resolution.

Intent Brands operates SurviveX (first-aid and preparedness products) and Aerotrunk (luggage). You will work with our Amazon team, founders and designer. We provide approved product information and creative assets. You make sure they are implemented correctly—and stay correct.

***What You Will Own***
-Catalog Management: Build and debug flat files, read processing reports, adjust listing attributes, build legitimate variations, update images, and execute catalog troubleshooting.

-US & Canada Operations: Maintain listing availability, manage Remote Fulfillment with FBA/NARF, oversee Build International Listings (BIL), and resolve pricing-sync issues.

-Content Publishing: Upload approved listing images/videos, A+ and Premium A+ modules, Brand Story, and Amazon Storefront updates; verify live desktop and mobile experiences.

-Promotions: Setup and manage Lightning Deals, Prime-targeted Price Discounts, coupons, and event deadlines. Verify eligibility, fees, inventory, and prevent discount stacking within approved limits.

-Problem Resolution: Resolve suppressed/inactive listings, navigate Seller Support and Brand Registry, manage Account Health cases, and coordinate SAS Core escalations where appropriate.

-Follow-through & Logging: Maintain proactive checks and a clear issue/change log with next actions and deadlines. "Done" means live, correct, and verified—not merely uploaded or submitted.

***QUALIFICATIONS***
1.) Experience: Proven 3+ years of hands-on Seller Central experience with established brands (demonstrated skill matters more than total years).
2.) Technical Mastery: Proven track record of building/debugging flat files, resolving catalog errors, and closing support cases successfully.
3.) Market Expertise: Practical experience with US/Canada cross-border selling, NARF, and Build International Listings.
4.) Tooling & Content: Direct experience publishing A+/Premium A+, Storefront content, and setting up Amazon promotional tools.
5.) Skills & Judgment: Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, fluent written English, dependable self-management, and sound judgment (protecting listings, flagging missing evidence, and never altering approved claims or prices without authorization).

Bonus: SAS Core experience and familiarity with regulated products.

***Note: PPC management, graphic design, sourcing, customer-support-only experience, or basic Amazon VA courses DO NOT qualify for this role.**
