JOB OVERVIEW

Hi! I run online fashion and accessories shops selling on Depop.
I'm looking for one reliable person to post listings and handle customer messages.

This starts at around 12 hours a week — roughly 1.5 to 2 hours every day, 7 days a
week. Listings go out daily and customers message on weekends, so it's a short daily
shift rather than long weekday blocks.

Be aware this is a STARTING amount. The work scales quickly and I want to grow this
into full-time hours for the right person. I'm hiring for the long term, not a
short project.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Posting listings. This is the bulk of the job and where most of your time goes.
The target is around 125 listings a day across several shops (about 25 per shop).
- Replying to customer messages. Only about 5 minutes per shop per day.
- A quick daily check that orders are moving as they should, and flagging anything
that looks wrong.

WHAT I NEED FROM YOU
- EXPERIENCE LISTING PRODUCTS on an online marketplace. This is a requirement, not
a nice-to-have. eBay, Poshmark, Mercari, Vinted, Shopify, Etsy, Depop — any of
them is fine, but you need to have done volume listing before.
- Excellent WRITTEN English. You'll be writing to young customers, so it needs to
sound natural and friendly, not formal or robotic.
- Good SPOKEN English — we'll talk regularly.
- A stable internet connection. You'll be working through a remote desktop, so a
dropout means you can't work.
- Available every day, including weekends. The shift is short but it has to happen
daily — listings not posted and messages left overnight cost me sales.
- Someone who asks when they're unsure instead of guessing. I would much rather
answer a question than fix a mistake.

I'm completely fine with you having other clients or work alongside this, as long as
the daily shift happens. If you'd rather build up to full-time with me instead, that
option is there too.

WHAT I DON'T NEED
- Depop experience specifically. I'll train you and we have written procedures for
everything.
- A team or an agency. I'm hiring one person directly.

THE SETUP
You'll work through a remote desktop that I provide. Everything is already logged
in, so you never have to handle passwords or accounts.

PAY
$5 USD/hour to start, paid weekly. Reviewed after the first month, and it goes up
with hours and responsibility.
