JOB OVERVIEW

We run a group of fashion dropshipping stores. We're looking for someone who keeps the whole chain in view — from the moment an order is placed to the moment the customer has it in their hands — and who chases the things that go quiet.

What you'll do

Track orders end to end and flag what's stuck before the customer notices
Follow up with suppliers and keep the pressure on until you get a real answer
Build and check size charts for new products
Run quality checks on product samples and listing photos against what the supplier actually sent
Keep a clear overview of what's open, what's waiting and what's done

You must have

Real experience in fashion dropshipping supply chain or order management
Experience chasing suppliers and holding them to delivery times
Experience with size charts and product quality control
Hands-on with Slack and Shopify
Fluent spoken and written English
Comfortable working with AI tools
The kind of person who spots what's missing without being told

Pay
600$ monthly based on mo - sat 8 hours a day.
