Customer Support Rep — Fashion Dropshipping

We run a group of fashion dropshipping stores and we're looking for an experienced customer support rep who works to our SOPs

What you'll do
Answer customer emails at high volume, following our SOPs but also be creative yourself, Speed matters. Quality matters more. We track both.

You must have

Real experience in fashion dropshipping support, not general customer service
A proven high reply rate per hour
Hands-on with Slack, CommSlayer and Shopify
You know how to process refunds on Shopify and Whop
Fluent spoken and written English
Comfortable working with AI tools
Able to work from mon - sunday

Pay
$4/hour including performance bonus.
