Job Overview

We're looking for a confident, clear-speaking Cold Caller based in the Philippines to call Australian business owners from a list we provide. No lead generation required — we hand you a ready-to-call list of verified prospects across NDIS, real estate, law firms, construction, and professional services. A call script will be provided.

Your job isn't to close the sale — it's to have a genuine conversation, qualify the prospect, and book them into a meeting with our team. A virtual Australian number and dialer will be provided — you won't need your own.

What You'll Do
Make outbound calls to Australian business owners from our HubSpot list
Introduce our business and what we do, using the script provided
Qualify the prospect — confirm genuine interest and fit
Book qualified prospects into a meeting via Calendly
Log every call outcome in HubSpot (no answer, not interested, callback, booked)
Hit daily and weekly call and booking targets
What We're Looking For
Confident, clear spoken English — you'll be speaking directly with Australian business owners
Previous cold calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting experience preferred
Comfortable handling rejection and staying upbeat across a full shift
Able to speak naturally rather than just reading a script
Reliable internet, computer, and headset
Available during Australian business hours (AEST)
Compensation

$7 AUD/hour base + $15 AUD commission for every meeting booked that goes ahead.

Strong performers will have the opportunity for increased hours and a long-term position.
