ABOUT THE ROLE
We are a US-focused digital media company running a portfolio of business and finance websites.
We need an experienced Redditor and community builder to become a genuinely helpful, trusted voice in communities where Americans ask questions about business, money, and work.
This is NOT a spam, upvote, or bot role.
This is NOT a copy-paste posting job.
If you already understand Reddit culture and have built real reputation there, this is a strong fit.

WHO SHOULD APPLY
Apply ONLY if you:
-Have a Reddit account that is 3+ years old with 10,000+ organic karma
-Have been a moderator of any subreddit (strongly preferred)
-Understand subreddit rules, self-promotion limits, and how shadowbans work
-Write natural, helpful US-style English
-Can learn US business and finance topics quickly

COMMUNITIES YOU WILL WORK IN
-Reddit: r/smallbusiness, r/Entrepreneur, r/startups, r/personalfinance, r/sidehustle, r/freelance, and similar
-Quora: business and personal finance spaces
-Facebook groups and forums for US founders and freelancers
-Any others you know where our audience is active

WHAT YOU WILL DO
-Answer 10–15 real questions per day with detailed, genuinely helpful replies
-Mention our brand only when it is truly the best answer, and disclose affiliation where required
-Keep promotional mentions under 10% of total activity
-Create original helpful posts (guides, checklists, comparisons)
-Build a verified company account and relationships with community moderators
-Track activity, mentions, and referral traffic in a Google Sheet
-Report weekly: threads answered, top comments, traffic sent

PAY
-Base: $500–$800/month depending on experience and account quality
-Bonus: $50/month for every 500 referral visitors tracked in analytics
-Bonus: $25 for any comment or post that reaches 100+ upvotes and mentions us
-Paid monthly via [Wise / PayPal / bank]

TARGETS
-Month 1: 250+ helpful comments, zero bans or removals for spam
-Month 3 onward: steady referral traffic growth and repeat brand mentions by other users

RULES | STRICT
-Follow every subreddit's rules and Reddit's content policy
-Disclose affiliation when mentioning our brand
-No vote manipulation, alt accounts, or buying and selling accounts
-No using moderator powers for our benefit
-No AI-generated copy-paste answers
-No fake reviews or fake customer stories
-A ban for spam = immediate termination

WE ARE NOT INTERESTED IN
-Upvote services or account sellers
-Social media schedulers who don't engage
-New accounts or low-karma accounts
-Anyone who treats communities as ad space
