Experienced Property Manager? We’re looking for someone with hands-on experience in these four areas: Property Listings, Viewing Coordination, Tenant Referencing, and Tenancy Setup & Utilities.

About the job:
Position: Property Manager
Salary: $5 - 6.50 per hour
Job Type: Part-time (Minimum 20 hours per week), may grow to a full-time role in the future
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM UK Time, occasional Saturday shifts
Your main responsibilities will be to:
* Manage property listings across approved property portals
* Coordinate property viewings with the management team
* Assist with tenant and guarantor referencing
* Follow up with applicants for missing documents and information
* Set up tenancies and prepare tenancy agreements
* Coordinate electronic signing and maintain accurate tenancy records
* Support tenant move-in and move-out administration
* Review inventory check-in and check-out reports
* Assist with tenancy deposit administration and related documentation
* Coordinate utility and council tax transfers
* Monitor property compliance certificates and renewal deadlines
* Coordinate maintenance requests and communicate with contractors
* Maintain accurate property and tenancy records
* Monitor
* Track outstanding tasks, deadlines, and operational actions
* Prepare concise weekly operational reports
* Escalate urgent, high-risk, or unresolved issues to the Property Manager
* IMPORTANT: More responsibilities if this role goes full-time
Must-have qualifications:
* At least 2 years of property management experience
* Experience with property listings, viewing coordination, tenant referencing, tenancy setup, and utilities
* Experience using property management systems or CRMs
* Excellent written and spoken English
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Excellent organisational and follow-up skills
* Ability to review lengthy documents and identify inconsistencies or missing information
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities
* Ability to work independently and escalate issues appropriately
* Strong professional communication skills
* Confident using online systems, spreadsheets, and document management tools
* Ability to follow checklists and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
* High level of confidentiality, integrity, and accountability
Additional, Nice-to-have qualifications:
* Experience with UK property management or estate agency processes
* Experience with Agent OS
* Experience with Goodlord
* Familiarity with Rightmove, Zoopla, or OnTheMarket
* Experience with Reapit, Alto, Jupix,
* Familiarity with DPS, TDS, MyDeposits, or equivalent deposit protection schemes
