JOB OVERVIEW

You’ll own paid acquisition across Meta and Google for a growing roster of clients in the US and abroad. That means launching campaigns, managing budgets, testing creative and offers, and tightening the loop between ad click and booked appointment. You’ll work directly with the founder and have real influence over how we build and scale.
What You’ll Do
• Plan, build, and launch Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns across Search, Performance Max, and full-funnel cold/warm/retargeting structures.
• Manage daily budgets and bids across multiple accounts, scaling winners and cutting losers quickly.
• Run a steady creative testing cadence: hooks, angles, formats, and offers. Brief designers/editors and write ad copy.
• Set up and audit conversion tracking (Meta Pixel and Conversions API, Google Tags, GA4, offline conversions) so we’re optimizing on real leads, not vanity metrics.
• Build and optimize lead capture: Instant Forms, landing pages, and CRM handoff (GoHighLevel) so leads get followed up fast.
• Monitor cost per lead, cost per booked appointment, lead quality, and ROAS. Diagnose problems before they become expensive.
• Report performance clearly to the team and clients, with what happened, why, and what we’re doing next.
• Help onboard new clients: account audits, strategy, geo and audience planning, and launch.
What You Bring
Must have
• 2+ years hands-on media buying in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, with a track record you can show (screenshots, case studies, numbers).
• Experience managing direct-response lead gen, ideally for local service businesses.
• Strong grasp of tracking and attribution, including Pixel/CAPI and conversion setup.
• Comfort owning budgets and making spend decisions with real money on the line.
• Clear written communication and a habit of documenting what you test.
Nice to have
• Experience with home services verticals (HVAC, roofing, remodeling, flooring) or med spas.
• GoHighLevel or similar CRM/automation experience.
• Copywriting and creative strategy skills; familiarity with UGC and short-form video ads.
• Experience with pay-per-lead or performance-based agency models.
• Landing page experience (WordPress/Elementor or similar).
• Spreadsheet or data skills beyond the basics.
How We Measure Success
• Cost per qualified lead and cost per booked appointment trending down while volume goes up.
• Lead-to-appointment and appointment-to-close quality, not just raw lead count.
• Client retention and profitable scaling on performance-based accounts.
• Speed: new campaigns launched and tests shipped on a consistent cadence.
Why Join
• Direct access to the founder and real ownership, not a cog in a big agency.
• Performance-based upside tied to results you drive.
• Wide exposure across verticals, markets, and ad platforms.
• A team that builds its own tech and moves fast. You’ll own paid acquisition across Meta and Google for a growing roster of clients in the US and abroad.
