Position Overview
We're seeking an experienced Online Product Trainer to conduct remote training sessions for our innovative skin and hair diagnosis systems and headlamp products. You'll be responsible for educating clients, distributors, and end-users across international markets on the proper use and benefits of our diagnostic technologies.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct live online training sessions for clients and distributors on skin and hair diagnosis systems
• Provide technical product training for headlamp solutions
• Create and deliver engaging training materials and presentations
• Respond to technical questions and provide ongoing product support
• Adapt training content for different audiences and technical backgrounds
• Maintain training documentation and user guides
• Gather feedback to improve training programs and product knowledge resources

Required Qualifications
• English Fluency: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in product training, technical training, or related field
• Industry Background: Experience in medical, cosmetic, beauty, or healthcare industries
• Technical Aptitude: Comfortable learning and explaining technical products and diagnostic systems
• Online Training Skills: Proficient with online meeting platforms and virtual training delivery

Preferred Qualifications
• Background in dermatology, cosmetology, or related medical/beauty fields
• Experience training on diagnostic equipment or medical devices
• Previous experience working with international clients
