JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a persistent, organized, and confident sales representative to help grow our live calls service for auto insurance agents.

Your job will be to find potential customers, reach out by email, text, and phone, and follow up to get interested agents signed up. This is an active outbound sales role, so you should enjoy starting conversations, handling objections, and turning outreach into new customers.

What you’ll do:

- Research auto insurance agents and agencies in the United States.
- Build and maintain prospect lists with accurate contact information.
- Contact prospects through email, text, and outbound calls using our approved processes.
- Explain our service clearly and answer initial questions.
- Follow up consistently with interested agents.
- Guide qualified prospects through the signup process.
- Track outreach, conversations, follow-ups, and signups in our CRM or spreadsheet.
- Provide a short daily report on activity and results.

Who we’re looking for:

- Strong spoken and written English, with a clear, professional phone presence.
- Experience in outbound sales, cold calling, lead generation, or appointment setting.
- Comfortable making calls daily and hearing “no” without getting discouraged.
- Organized enough to manage multiple conversations and follow-ups.
- Able to work independently and stay productive throughout the day.
- Reliable internet, a computer, a quality headset, and a quiet workspace.

Experience selling to insurance agents or working with lead generation services is a plus, but not required.

Schedule and compensation:

- Full-time: 40 hours per week.
- Schedule: 9am - 5pm MST (Denver Time)
- Pay: $1000/month with daily cash bonuses for signups
