The Role - For Social Media
A dedicated part-time Social Media Specialist & Website Management based in the Philippines to build the online presence of Michelle Barratt Psychology & Administration Services, and the Hub of Independent Practitioners across the Toowong and Manly West clinics and online therapy.
Responsibilities - Social Media
Create and schedule content across Instagram and
Build each practitioner's personal brand and online presence
Develop content around therapy specialties including anxiety, depression, trauma, couples therapy, child and adolescent therapy and Christian counselling
Write engaging captions, mental health awareness posts and educational content
Monitor comments, messages and community engagement across platforms
Repurpose blog articles and website content into social media posts
Research trending mental health topics and awareness days for content planning
Light GP and referrer outreach calling and following up with GPs and doctors to build referral relationships on behalf of the clinic
Support with
Meta Advertising -
Develop and organize specific, reliable, and predictable campaigns throughout the year targeting GPs, schools, and churches that could require psychological counselling
Specifically design advertising campaigns focused on client retention, indicating care for clients and developing specific psychological material for clients that is relatable and engaging.
Requirements - Social Media
Proven experience in social media management, ideally in healthcare or allied health
Strong written English and content writing skills
Proficiency with Instagram,
Experience with Canva or similar design tools for content creation
Understanding of mental health content sensitivities and professional tone
Organised, self-motivated and able to work independently
Reliable internet connection and professional home office setup
Responsible with time, and doesn't need to be constantly micro-managed but shows initiative and intuition for the role
To be responsive to MBP administrators and when required with the Independent Practitioners when permission is given by MBP
Is responsible for managing their time effectively to fulfill the role's requirements

The Role - For Website Management (for WordPress Website)
A dedicated part-time Word Press website manager based in the Philippines to maintain, edit and manage Michelle Barratt Psychology & Administration Services (MBP) website. Additionally, in managing MBP's social media compaigns, and our MBP website, be able to integrate both the content of the website, and the online presence of Michelle Barratt Psychology & Administration Services, and the Hub of Independent Practitioners across the Toowong and Manly West clinics and online therapy.
Responsibilities - For Website Management (for WordPress Website)
Have advanced knowledge of how Word Press Websites are managed and maintained,
Be able to design and build new pages, as well as
Making edits to existing pages,
Update existing website page articles, as we obtain new and updated information for existing articles, and
Integrate new articles into the website to promote practitioners (or from other sources)
Add new Practitioner photographs, profiles and new articles written by Practitioners as requested
Have some insight into Mental Health Articles and
Design, Write and add new Bloggs to the website on a weekly basis/fortnightly basis
Know how to write articles (with the support of AI if required) that have specific keywords (SEO) written into the articles, and integrate this also with Social Media
