JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly experienced GoHighLevel expert to join our team and manage the setup and onboarding of our clients.

Salary - $1500 to $2000 AUD based on experience
Working Hours- Monday to Friday- 6am to 3pm Philippines Time
Location: Remote
Position: Full-time

You must have at least 1 year of hands-on experience using GoHighLevel. GoHighLevel certifications are highly preferred.
This is not just a technical role. You will be responsible for managing clients through the setup process, making sure everything is completed correctly, communicating with clients when required, and solving issues as they come up.

Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
Onboarding new clients into GoHighLevel
Setting up and configuring client accounts
Installing an existing snapshot and customizing it for each client's business
Setting up lead contact and follow-up bots
Creating and configuring booking calendars
Creating booking pages
Creating post-booking pages
Customizing automated SMS and email sequences
Setting up Twilio phone numbers for clients in the USA, Australia, New Zealand and Canada
Working with clients to add their Twilio number to their website
Helping clients update their phone number on their Google Business Profile
Teaching clients how to post through GoHighLevel
Running customer service and admin calls when clients have issues
Troubleshooting GoHighLevel, Twilio, automation and account setup issues
Managing each client setup from onboarding through to completion
Making sure tasks are completed correctly and on time

What We Are Looking For

You should have:
Minimum 1 year of GoHighLevel experience
Strong knowledge of snapshots, workflows, automations, calendars, funnels, SMS and email
Experience setting up and managing Twilio
Experience working directly with clients
Strong communication skills
Strong project management and organizational skills
Ability to troubleshoot problems without needing constant support
High attention to detail
GoHighLevel certifications are highly preferred
