E-commerce - Meta Ads - Dropshipping & Branded Funnels

We run a fast-growing e-commerce group with multiple dropshipping and branded funnels across Norway, Germany, Sweden, and Israel. Our products span health supplements, beauty products, gadgets, and home goods - and we scale aggressively through paid Meta ads, high-volume creative testing, and data-driven decision making.

Our team includes media buyers, funnel builders, video editors, and customer support. We manage significant monthly ad spend across five active storefronts. Now we're hiring a Product Researcher to own and systematise everything related to finding our next winners.

The Role

You own the product pipeline. You don't launch ads or build funnels. Your job is to find products that have real potential, and filter out the ones that are already dead before we touch them.

You will work directly with the CEO and product manager with one goal: find scalable products before they peak.

What You'll Do
- Research winning products across EU and global markets using ad libraries and spytools
- Do deep keyword-based research in the Meta Ad Library to surface early-mover opportunities
- Cross-reference findings across multiple tools (Afterlib and similar) to validate signals
- Validate demand using ad engagement signals - reach, likes, comments, share velocity, run duration
- Read product lifecycle curves and flag saturation early
- Assess whether a product is viable at our CPAs before recommending it
- Deliver structured product research reports with a clear go/no-go verdict and reasoning
- Track tested products over time and build pattern recognition across categories
- Ensure strong alignment between product picks and what actually converts on Meta

What You Bring
- 3+ years of hands-on experience as a product researcher in the Funnelish/Shopify dropshipping space
- Deep knowledge about why a product would work or not
- Deep knowledge of the Meta Ad Library - keyword research, engagement reading, trend spotting
- Experience with spytools like Afterlib or similar
- Early-mover instinct - you find products before they peak, not after
- Ability to spot saturation signals and explain why a product is past its window
- Strong understanding of margins and CPA viability, not just product appeal
- Fluent written and spoken English
- High attention to detail and a structured, systematic way of thinking
- Ownership mentality - you spot opportunities early and act without hand-holding
