COMPANY INFO
We're a small but rapidly expanding eCommerce store, specializing in selling fire pits, fireplaces, and a variety of fire and heat products. As our revenue grows, so does our need for a versatile individual to handle customer service and day-to-day operations.

We need someone who can handle customer service, order processing, shipping, and all the moving pieces that keep customers happy. Your role will be crucial as we continue to grow.

JOB OVERVIEW
Main Responsibilities:
- Processing and managing orders
- Communicating with customers and suppliers
- Resolving issues with orders
- Handling calls, live chat & email

You'll ensure customers receive their orders on time and help solve any problems along the way.

PAY

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Honest, reliable, and confident
- Engaging and fun personality
- Near-native English speaker
- Type at least 50 WPM
- Shopify experience is a plus

ADDITIONAL DETAILS
- Internet: Must have a fast, stable connection that isn't interrupted.
- Work Environment: Must work from a professional environment.

WORKING HOURS
Full-time position (40 hours/week): Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM US Eastern time.
