JOB OVERVIEW

**Must be available to work during US working hours (2am to 10am PHT night shift)**

Responsibilities:
Admin/accounting
-Build and maintain settlement reports
-Process vendor invoices accurately and on time
-Prepare and post journal entries in NetSuite
-Perform month-end reconciliations for cash, prepaids, accounts receivable, and accounts payable
Sales admin
- Oversee the quick and timely processing, quality control, and completion of orders.
- Ensure the accuracy of sales orders entered into the system.
- Create invoices based on the items listed in purchase orders.

Qualifications
Perform and review repetitive tasks quickly and accurately in a fast paced environment
Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work independently while effectively prioritizing tasks.

Work Requirements
Must be available to work during US working hours (2am to 10am PHT night shift)
Must commit to a 40-hour workweek
