JOB OVERVIEW

**Job Title: Growth Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist**

I’m launching a new coaching program and looking for an experienced marketing specialist to help grow the brand, generate qualified leads, and attract paying clients.

**Responsibilities:**

* Create and manage our social media strategy
* Develop engaging social media content
* Set up, manage, and optimize Meta ads
* Build lead-generation campaigns and sales funnels
* Help create landing pages and marketing materials
* Track campaign performance and improve results
* Develop strategies to convert leads into paying customers

**Ideal Candidate:**

* Experience marketing coaching, consulting, or service-based businesses
* Proven success running Meta ads
* Strong understanding of lead generation and sales funnels
* Able to manage both organic social media and paid advertising
* Creative, organized, and results-focused
* Comfortable helping launch a new business from the beginning
