JOB OVERVIEW

We are hiring a Marketing & Database Manager VA who can own our CRM, keep our pipelines clean, and build the automations that make our real estate support business run without constant hand-holding.

This is not a “post three graphics and check Slack” role. You will live inside GoHighLevel. You will build, test, and maintain automations. You will treat the database like a product — accurate, segmented, and useful. If that sounds like work you already do well, keep reading.

What you will own:

- GoHighLevel (non-negotiable): Build and maintain pipelines, custom fields, tags, snapshots, calendars, forms, surveys, membership/community pieces as needed, and reporting dashboards.
- Automations: Design, build, QA, and document workflows — lead capture → nurture → appointment → follow-up → closed/won or recycle. Triggers, if/else logic, wait steps, webhooks, and internal notifications. If it breaks, you fix it.
Database management: Keep contacts clean. Deduplicate. Segment. Update statuses. No orphaned leads, no mystery tags, no “I’ll clean it later.”
- Marketing execution: Email/SMS campaigns, sequences, landing pages, and simple content calendars that support client acquisition and partner outreach (small business owners, realtors, property managers, TCs).
- Reporting: Daily EOD update (what shipped, what’s blocked, numbers that matter). Weekly scorecard: campaigns sent, replies, appointments booked, pipeline health.
- Ops hygiene: SOPs for every recurring workflow you build so someone else can run it if you are out.

Must-have experience:
- Hands-on GoHighLevel experience building real automations — not just logging in and sending a broadcast. Be ready to screen-share a workflow you built and walk us through the logic.
- Comfortable owning a CRM database: imports, tagging strategy, custom values, pipelines, and cleanup.
- Clear written English. You will write campaign copy, SOPs, and client-facing messages.
- Reliable overlap with U.S. Central Time business hours (approximately 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. CT for core collaboration; exact schedule discussed in interview).
- Self-managed: you do not wait to be asked twice. You flag problems early and bring a recommended fix.
- Stable high-speed internet, quiet workspace, and your own computer.
